O concurso poderá estar cancelado ou suspenso até...  De qualquer forma, dependente do tempo que levaria a construir  6 fragatas novas, não será prudente modernizar (ou no mínimo reparar e por a navegar) e viabilizar as VdG para servirem mais uns anos? Parece ser esta a vontade, e as duas coisas (fragatas novas e MLU das VdG) não são mutuamente exclusivas.

6. GENERAL SCOPE AND KEY DEFINITIONS

The scope of Modifications Project comprehends the acquisition of the necessary services and
