Four potential map scenarios for ending the war in Ukraine, according to The Times:




1. European preference: Freeze the war at the current front lines (~680 miles), with no more land changing hands.



2. Putin’s price: Ukraine gives up the entire Donbas (Donetsk + Luhansk), losing key defensive positions.



3. Concessions from Kyiv: Ukraine cedes all of Luhansk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, and Kherson, even areas Russia does not fully control yet.



4. Land swap: Russia gets all of Donbas, Ukraine gets back part of Kherson, but this is unlikely as Kherson is vital to Russia’s Crimea link.

Shahed attack drones with a long range were stored in the building, 1,300 kilometers from Ukraine, the SBU said. The attack with its own long-range drones is the second of its kind in four days. The hit was confirmed by videos from residents. There is no Russian statement.

"This war means a lot to Putin." He sees US President Donald Trump's summit with the ruler in the Kremlin as an opportunity to explore further options. "A meeting is about making a decision. I want all the facts. I want to look this man in the eyes. And that's exactly what the president wants to do."
