The Brazilian battleship Minas Geraes fires a broadside during her gunnery trials in 1909.
Minas Geraes carried four of her turrets on the centerline with two turrets superfiring over the others. The final two turrets were placed in a wing mount amidships. This condiguration meant that Minas Geraes could fire ten out of her twelve 12" guns during a broadside. This gave her and her sister, Sao Paulo, the heaviest broadside of any battleship at the time of their commissioning.
