A U.S. Airforce F-35 was just refueled by an Airbus A330-243 near Mielec, southeastern Poland.

Updated map: the Gerans are now more than 20 km deep into Polish Airspace, heading for the city of Zamosc. Other drones are flying towards the border from Volyn Oblast.

Polish F-35 and F-16 fighters are still operating over eastern Poland. No attempts have been made to shoot down the drones.

Polish armed forces say airspace 'violated' by Russian drones

The Polish Armed Forces said they have deployed weapons to neutralise drone-type objects that "repeatedly violated" their airspace this morning.

"Weapons have been used, and operations are underway to locate the downed objects," it said in an earlier post on X.
