Existem semelhanças muito assinaláveis com o modelo de míssil de cruzeiro de lançamento terrestre, "FP-5", apresentado pelo fabricante Milanion de 17 a 21 de Fevereiro de 2025 no certame bienal IDEX ("International Defence Exhibition and Conference"), em Abu Dhabi, nos Emiratos Árabes Unidos. Existem também semelhanças, de conceito e arquitectura base, com a plataforma Tupolev TU-141 "Strizh" ("Rápido"), desenvolvida e fabricada na Ucrânia desde o final da década de 1970.

A Milanion foi estabelecida em 2020 pelo britânico Davinder Singh Dogra, que detém 75% do capital e é o respectivo CEO, com sede no Reino Unido e com desenvolvimento e produção no Parque Industrial de Tawazun, Abu Dhabi, nos Emiratos Árabes Unidos.
