The answer is no. 14,000 is the number of the total victims of the war in Donbass, killed by both parties between 2014 and 2021. 10,900 of them were soldiers.

Quando , nós, a OTAN , bombardeamos a Servia durante 75 dias, matamos entre 1500 e 2000 civis ! E tu queres fazer crer que durante 8 anos de bombardeamentos de cidades só morreram 1000 !
