Dozens of families use humanitarian corridors to escape Aleppo
Dozens of families have managed to escape the besieged eastern neighborhoods of Aleppo in Syria by using humanitarian corridors opened by Russian military, the SANA news agency reported. The residents reportedly reached the Salah-Eddin neighborhood where the Syrian Army received them. A number of gunmen also turned themselves over to units of the Syrian Army, the agency added. Earlier on Friday, the Aleppo authorities said militants were blocking several dozen families from leaving the eastern areas of the city.
