Neste momento em Lisboa não sei ao certo, mas creio que vão abastecer ao POL NATO na Trafaria. Nos Açores já há muito tempo que são abastecidos no cais por pipe-line, e na Madeira é da mesma forma.

Interessante e obrigado.Ao se referir ao "pipeline",refere-se a um sistema logístico de reabastecimento que envolve um oleoduto no caso.Desconhecia que nas regiões autónomas da Madeira e Açores existisse essa estrutura,devido à baixa intensidade demográfica que estes sistemas necessitam para serem viáveis do ponto de vista económico.Pelos vistos nem os italianos têm tal logistica,afinal não andamos tão mal como se fala.Devem ter gasto uma fortuna.Bem fico satisfeito e informado.

Não é tão avançado assim, é a forma mais económica de fazer chegar o combustivel ao cais desde os depósitos que não são tão longe quanto isso.
Na Madeira o combustivel refinado é descarregado ao largo directamente para os depósitos por grandes mangueiras ligadas a terra.

Acertou na mosca,foi isso mesmo que pensei.De qualquer forma a questão está resolvida e não precisamos de reabasrecedores de bases navais para nada.Que bom.

This is the Caio Duilio, the 2nd italian and the last one of the Orizzonte/Horizon series. It's the first sea trials.
The sistership Andrea Doria is almost ready as well as the new aircraft carrier Cavour. They are formally in the italian navy, but will be fully operational before the end of 2008 when they'll receive the WarFlag and they will be part of the fleet.

The combat system PAAMS has taken a lot of time to be tested to begin operational. The italian and french ships are equals, They share the same dessin, but the construction has been different between the 2 shipyards DCNS and Fincantieri. The 2 shipyards have different 'style' to work.
The delay has been due to the combat system, not to the hull.

Uma vez que a Itália,participa dos projetos FREMM e HORIZON,alguém saberia informar o que acontecerá aos contratorpedeiros(destroyers) da classe Durand de La Penne?
