0,5mg/m3 (0,5mg = 0,0005 gramm per cubic meter - this is NOTHING!!)
(by coincidence, this is the so called "MAK" [maximale Arbeitsplatzkonzentration = the concentration that is "allowed" by the german health ministery at workplaces]).

From now on it's easy:

3.500.000.000.000.000m³ x 0,5mg/m³ =

or
1.750.000 TONS (!!!!) of Aluminium.

What for? To "fill" (LOL) the airspace above Germany with 0,5mg/m³ Al-powder. This is a single action, one-time.
